It has never been more important to invest in quality training for your staff. Following the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy in May 2017, employers are taking more time to consider who they want their training provider to be to ensure that they get the greatest level of service for their financial commitment. This was one of the reasons for the development of NILE, a new management academy that is working to redefine what leadership and management apprenticeship training will look and feel like in England, to give employers and learners a training solution that is second to none.
Part of Progress to Excellence Ltd, an Ofsted graded ‘good’ national training provider who is already working with over 1,000 employers and 3,500 learners nationally, NILE sets out to provide the skills and knowledge needed by employers and industry, by offering a fantastic training offer via an apprenticeship or commercial route, at a very competitive cost.
NILE takes the new standards and diplomas in management and combines these with highly sought after and recognisable professional training and qualifications. This model has been created with individuals and businesses in mind, as embedded professional qualifications and training, are what most employers expect their leaders and managers to have when applying for key positions.
Via the apprenticeship route, NILE offers the Team Leader/ Supervisor Level 3 and Operations Manager Level 5 apprenticeship standards along with a range of sought after, reputable courses and qualifications, including: an ILM Diploma in Management, Prince2 or Lean6 Sigma, LEADr certificate and Microsoft Office. There is also over 400 commercial qualifications which can be added on to the apprenticeship which are suited to multiple industries and professions. NILE also offers all of these courses and qualifications on a commercial route.
What really sets NILE apart is the approach it takes to its training. From utilising technologies such as Skype and ILM SOLAR to ensure the learning experience aligns to any existing commitments, to already mapping in the minimum 20% off-the-job funding requirements to help support employers and students, NILE is designed to be flexible, personal and bespoke.
No other provider or training academy is currently offering such robust apprenticeship packages with the inclusion of so many highly sought after professional training courses and qualifications.
